Damien holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Human Movement from Victoria University as well his Diploma in Education. He is currently enrolled in the Masters of Exercise Science program with Edith Cowan University in Perth Australia.
Damien moved to Singapore and joined SPEED Institute from Melbourne Australia where he was Head of Strength and Conditioning at Calder Cannons Football Club during their premiership year (2007). During his tenure with the team a record number of players were drafted into the AFL with 7 drafted and 3 rookie listed. He has also worked as a development coach and line coach for the team.
In addition, Damien is a teacher at Essendon Keilor College in the Football Program producing the most AFL drafted players of any school in Australia. He also established an Accelerated Learning Program focusing on Long Term Athletic Development.

Stacey holds an MBA as well as a Bachelor’s degree in Management and is also currently completing a B.Sc in Sports Science and Nutrition. Stacey currently holds a Certificate in Strength Conditioning with the NSCA and is also certified as a fitness trainer by the Fitness Institute of Australia. Stacey has worked successfully for several years in the Singapore fitness industry and is especially committed to the development and advancement of youth and women’s fitness in Singapore.

Eddie has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Physical Education, specializing in physiology, from Chico State University and has a completed his course work for a Master’s Degree in Kinesiology. He is a certified Personal Trainer with ISSA.
In 1996 he was the assistant football coach for California State University’s football team helping them to win the NCAA Conference Championships. In 2004, Eddie was the National Defense/Special Teams coach for the British National American Football team and helped them to win against France during the World Cup. Eddie has worked with professional, collegiate, and amateur athletes in countries such as the United States, United Kingdom, and Japan.

Josh has a Bachelor's degree from the University of Colorado at Boulder in Kinesiology, and is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist through the NSCA.
Prior to coming to Singapore, Josh worked in the Performance Conditioning Field in San Diego where he specialised in sports performance and sport rehabilitation for both beginning and professional athletes from many sport disciplines.
Currently Josh is the Head Athletic Trainer at the Singapore American School.

Calvin has a Bachelors of Science in Physiotherapy from the State University of New York, Buffalo and has been practicing for the past 8 years. He is a California board certified physiotherapist who has worked both in the US and Singapore. His main body of work has been focused on outpatient orthopedics, sports rehabilitation, and post operative rehabilitation. Calvin is also a Titleist Certified Golf Fitness Instructor and currently serves as the Principal Consultant for the TCT Foundation. He has accumulated over 100 hours of continuing education classes to update his skill set. His rehabilitation principals are based on Manual therapy techniques, core stability principals, and functional biomechanics correction. He was also the Official Physiotherapist for the 2007 World Salsa Congress.

Stuart has attained his bachelor degree from Edith Cowan University in Australia, majoring in Sports Science. His minor studies are performance studies which focus particularly in coaching badminton, basketball, netball, swimming, hockey, Australian football, soccer.
During his time in Australia, Stuart participated in a University research study coaching obese children using strength training programs. Stuart is also experienced in the specialized training techniques and the use of sophisticated sports training and testing equipment used in the Sports Science industry today.

Latif received his Bachelor’s degree in Sport Science from Edith Cowan University in Australia with a minor in Psychology. He is also a NSCA Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist.
Latif is currently working as the strength and conditioning coach for a professional soccer team in Singapore where he is responsible for the conditioning program for the professional players .
Bringing his expertise to SPEED, Latif specializes in developing young athletes. He enjoys working with kids of all ages and abilities making their activities challenging but fun!
