The programs at SPEED Institute are offered in a several formats.
Squad Programs are generalized sports and conditioning programs with up to 10 participants. These one-hour sessions are designed with the goals of increasing an athlete’s strength, power, endurance, core strength and stability, and flexibility to improve overall athleticism or performance in everyday activity.
Crew Programs are more specialized in nature and are designed for 2 to 4 athletes whom all share a common training goal. These programs allow for more individualized instruction with the cost and social benefits of training within a small group. The sessions can be designed, for example, for team members trying to improve their sporting performance or more simply for like-minded individuals with similar fitness goals.
Individual Programs for both adults and youth are the most specialized. Athletes meet with their performance coach on a one-on-one basis to reach specifically targeted sports or fitness goals. These goals can range from beating your personal best in a triathlon to your child increasing his throwing power to improve his baseball performance.
